​​Formally the CTO of the IDF’s Elite Technology & Intelligence Unit (8200), Gilbert brings more than 26 years of experience in leading strategic IT and Enterprise Architecture initiatives, with focus on Digital and Cloud Transformation, Advanced Analytics and Cyber Security.
 
Gilbert holds an BA in Computer Science, Statistics and Operations Research and MBA in Information Systems, both from Tel-Aviv University.
 
Gilbert is also a partner at FinTLV, an innovative FinTech VC fund.

Saar has more then 17 years of diversed experience in development, architecture, management and sales. Saar specialzes in Enterprise Software and was the EMEA Big Data manager for Oracle Israel. Other expertise of Saar are Internet of Things and Drones.
